After a distinguished career in government as a trade economist and analyst, Stephen provides insights into the trade issues of the day. His unique perspective is drawn from experience working on Asian economies (Japan, Korea, APEC), multilateralism (WTO, OECD, climate change) and economic issues. See bio.
